Can I make changes to my booking?

    • You can change your booking at any time for free online, by email or by phone. For last minute changes contact the telephone number provided in your booking confirmation email.

Can I cancel my booking?

    • Yes, you can cancel your booking with no charge up to 10 hours before the pick up time. Once we receive your cancellation request we will process it and you will receive a cancellation confirmation.

I will pay online. Is it safe?

    • We are using PayPal, probably the most secure online payment platform in the world. PayPal ,accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro and American Express. Debit cards are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Do you provide child seats?

    • Yes , we provide child seats, infant seats and booster seats , available on request.

Are there any extra charges?

    • Any extras will be shown at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation with the final price and all details on your email adress, there are no hidden charges.

Will you meet me anytime of day or night?

  • Yes, as all bookings are pre booked we can provide a 24hr service 7 day’s a week.
